Secure counseling where you are

Online Counseling Across Colorado and Minnesota

Telehealth is the way Forge Resilience Counseling currently meets with clients, as long as you are physically located in a state where Andrew is licensed.

Who can use telehealth

Andrew is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota. Online counseling is available for adults age 18 and older who are physically located in Colorado or Minnesota during the session. Your physical location matters even if you live in one state and travel to another.

Telehealth can reduce travel time and make counseling more workable around demanding schedules, shift work, caregiving, or distance from a provider. It still requires a private setting, reliable technology, and a plan for what to do if privacy or connection is interrupted.

Online counseling is not presented as the right format for every concern or situation. Immediate emergencies, severe safety concerns, lack of privacy, or needs that require in-person or higher-level support may call for another option. Fit and safety are part of the initial conversation.

Prepare a private space

Protect the conversation

Choose a room where others cannot easily overhear, use headphones when helpful, and let Andrew know if someone enters or privacy changes.

Plan for interruptions

Use a stable connection, charge your device, and discuss how to reconnect or communicate if technology fails during a session.

A grounded next step

Ask whether online counseling fits your situation.

Start with your location, privacy needs, schedule, and what you want support with. The format should serve the work—not complicate it.
